♡ I am not responsible for future VrChat or Unity updates breaking or changing past avatars.

♡ Reusing parts of avatars (otherwise known as asset mining) is prohibited. ALWAYS purchase all assets from the original creators.

♡ Reuse of any Gwennovere sculpts (edited meshes) or edited textures, etc, are prohibited. Even in the case of owning a license to the original base product.

♡ Price splitting, sharing, leaking, ripping any Gwennovere avatar is strictly prohibited.

- Licenses are valid only for the one user associated with purchase upon checkout.

♡ Setting any Gwennovere avatar to public is not allowed. Even when heavily edited or the avatar was originally 'Free'.

♡ Resale of any Gwennovere avatar, no matter how heavily edited is strictly prohibited.

♡ Users may not input any Gwennovere products into any AI system. This includes, photos, videos, or any form of the meshes or textures themselves.

♡ Users must have basic Unity access and knowledge before purchasing any avatar. Alternatively users must be willing to have us upload it for you via Gwennovere's Discord server ticket

-Users may NOT share files to have any Gwennovere avatar uploaded onto their account. See above for alternative upload options.

♡ Gwennovere avatars may be used for Vtubing/streaming purposes as long as proper credit is given.

♡ Gwennovere avatars are intended for use in VrChat only.

♡ I am not responsible for any issues occurring post edit on any Gwennovere avatar.

♡ Users may not claim any ownership over Gwennovere avatars, meshes or textures, no matter how much was changed or edited.

♡ Users may not remove or move Gwennovere's name/store info from the main menu.

♡ Users may not edit a Gwennovere avatar (in exchange for payment or otherwise) for another user without owning their own license or explicit permission given via Gwennovere Discord server ticket. Permission upon request is not guaranteed.

♡ Gwennovere avatars must remain reasonably recognizable post edit.

-swaps and additions of meshes, texture edits, mesh edits, optimization etc are all allowed, but if all done heavily then the avatar will no longer be recognizable. Please open a ticket in Gwennovere's Discord server if unsure about an edit BEFORE the work is done!

♡ Edited Gwennovere avatars are for personal use only and may not be uploaded publicly.

♡ Users may edit the sculpts of Gwennovere avatars

♡ Users may add one full outfit per edit to avatar (up to 3 main pieces, ie; jacket, shirt, pants)

♡ Users may exchange, add, or remove hair assets on Gwennovere avatars.

♡ Users may swap out the head mesh on Gwennovere avatars.

♡ Users may edit or exchange textures on Gwennovere avatars

♡ Users may add unity gimmicks, props, and small accessories to Gwennovere avatars

♡ Stripping a Gwennovere model down to base head and body is prohibited. Sculpts are not available for reuse.

♡ Users may remove assets from and edit a Gwennovere model as much as necessary for the purpose of optimization as long as the avatar is still otherwise recognizable.

♡ I am not responsible for edits/actions done in Gwennovere avatars/assets. I do not condone any hate speech, harmful, or illegal actions of any kind.
